Class Descriptions

We offer a wide selection of classes to suit all ages and abilities.

Total Tone

A low impact total body toning class using weights, body bars or bands as resistance.

Total Body

A hi/low impact class consisting of fat burning and toning a great workout set to a range of music from 60s to modern.

Yoga Stretch and Relax

A great class to release stress & tension working with yoga postures to promote strength and flexibility in the whole body, finishing with total relaxation for body & mind!

Fitness Yoga

Is a session working on strength, balance & flexibility, working the upper and lower body especially core stability and hamstrings in fitness moves & yoga postures.

Super Circuit

A training session working on different stations a mix of cardio and resistance.

RTM

Is a class using weights as resistance set to music.

Strength & Balance

A holistic class working on body strength & balance using yoga & ti chi moves.

Fitness Yoga

Is a low impact total body toning class using weights, body bars or bands as resistance.

Dancercise

A great new workout using fitness & dance moves to work the whole body.

Step

Is an aerobic step workout using step block not suitable for beginners.

Legs, Tums & Bums

Is a low impact exercise to work the lower body with optional use of resistance bands that suits all fitness levels.

Beginners Aerobics

Is a low impact aerobic and strength, stamina and confidence. To suit all fitness levels.

Cardio Combat

Is a cardio based workout with punches and kicks to build strength, stamina and confidence. To suit all fitness levels.

Body Tone

Is a non-aerobic workout which includes 15exercises to strengthen and tone the whole body to suit all fitness levels.

Total Body

Is an all over body workout which includes 15 minutes of an aerobic activity with toning exercises to follow. Use of flexibands, body bars, weights plus Abs, to get fit, lose weight and tone up. Suits all fitness levels.

Low Impact Aerobics

Is a fun workout for the young at heart. A mind and body workout to keep limbs supple, and the heart and lungs strong.

Yogalates

Is a low impact class combining Yoga and Pilates.
